Q4 2023 U.S. Android Performance for Top Hack and Slash Apps

As the year 2023 came to a close, the Hack and Slash category on Android saw various trends in the United States. Sensor Tower's data offers us an insightful glimpse into the performance of the top applications in this genre during the fourth quarter.

Idle Berserker X Sweet Home experienced a peak in revenue at nearly $40K in late October, followed by a gradual decline to $8K by year's end. Downloads spiked to over 12K in the same period but dropped to zero as the quarter ended. Weekly active users (WAU) showed a high of nearly 50K in late November.

Ninja Ryuko: Shadow Ninja Game did not generate revenue but maintained a steady download rate, peaking at over 3K in early and late December. The WAU rose to over 4K in early October, with a slight increase to nearly 4K again by the end of December.

Honkai Impact 3rd - Part 2 showed impressive revenue figures, hitting a high of over $116K in late October, and despite a dip, ended the year with a strong $94K. Downloads remained consistent, around 2K, throughout the quarter. The WAU remained stable, with a slight dip in November.

Ronin: The Last Samurai saw modest revenue with a peak of over $2K in late October. Downloads saw a significant increase to over 6K in mid-October, with a drop to 1K by the end of December. WAU peaked at over 16K in mid-October, with a decrease to just under 10K by the end of the quarter.

MARVEL Future Fight stood out with a substantial revenue spike to over $277K in late November, stabilizing at $93K by the end of December. Downloads showed modest numbers, peaking at over 3K in mid-November. The WAU reflected a peak of over 65K in early November, ending the year with over 56K active users.
